Terri Lynn Debernardi

STREATOR – Terri Lynn DeBernardi, age 49, of Streator, formerly of Ottawa, passed away Sunday, February 15, 2015 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Gladfelter Funeral Home with Reverend Corey Krengiel officiating. Burial will follow in St. Columba Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. A dinner for family and friends will immediately follow the burial on Saturday at the American Legion Post in Ottawa.
Terri was born August 11, 1965 in Ottawa, the daughter of Richard Eugene and Phyllis Ann (Rosenfelder) DeBernardi. She is survived by her mother, Phyllis of Ottawa; lifetime partner, Robert Engel of Streator; her children, Charles and Danielle Engel and Ronnie and Lauren Haynes, all of Streator; a brother, David of Ottawa; and a sister, Debra DeBernardi of Peoria. She was preceded in death by her father and one sister, Nancy.
Terri’s special interests included cooking, baking, shopping, gardening, and her cats. She was devoted to her family and cherished her time spent with them. Memorial contributions may be directed to a charity of the donor’s choosing.
