Patricia Marie (Watson) Smith

Ottawa – Patricia Smith, age 54, of Ottawa, passed away Sunday, March 22, 2015 at OSF St. Elizabeth Medical Center.

Private family services will be held at a later date.  Gladfelter Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Patricia was born July 18, 1960 in Ottawa, the daughter of Peter and Dorothy (Helman) Watson.  She is survived by her children, Shannon Persinger of Ottawa, and Lucas and Sean Smith, both of Peoria; three grandchildren, Miranda, Angela, and David Persinger; one great grandson, Jaxson Persinger; and one sister, Rhitta Bell of Ottawa.  She was preceded in death by her parents and her boyfriend, Michael Farmer.
