Myrtle was a member of First Congregational United Church of Christ in Marseilles. She enjoyed passing her time working crossword puzzles, gardening and sewing. Myrtle was also very artistic and designed the City of Marseilles flag. The height of her enjoyment was the time spent taking care of her family and many pets which were always her top priority. The family extends special thanks to Dr. Kokoszka, Dr. Khater, Dr. Harris, Myrtle’s caregiver, Tina, the Staff of PHS and OSF St. Elizabeth Hospice for their kindness and excellent care. Memorial contributions may be directed to OSF St. Elizabeth Hospice or to the Wounded Warrior Project.
