Louise A. Green "Tedo", 77, of LaSalle and formerly of Ottawa died at 4:30 a.m. Sunday (October 15, 2006) at I.V.C.H. in Peru, Illinois. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Gladfelter Funeral Home in Ottawa. The Rev. Lloyd Curry of Abundant Life Fellowship Church in Oglesby will officiate. Visitation will be held after 9:00 a.m. at the funeral home on Wednesday until time of services. Interment will be in Ottawa Avenue Cemetery. She was born August 4, 1929 in Chicago to John Henry & Dorothy (Barrow) Black. She married James O. Green. He survives. She was born in Chicago, moved to Ottawa when she was 3 years old and moved to LaSalle in 1997. She had formerly worked for the Hi-Way Restaurant in Ottawa. She is also survived by her twin brother, Louie (Clara) Black of Ottawa; nieces, Dorothy Naylor of LaSalle, Debby Menges of Ottawa, Jasmine Davis of Oglesby, Natasha Davis of Oglesby and Brittany Black of Gilbert City, AZ, nephews: Richard Louie (Kris) Black of Gilbert City, Arizona, Gary (Cathy) Menges of Marseilles, John Black of LaSalle, Levon Davis Jr. of Oglesby, D.J. Davis of LaSalle, Kamryn Davis of Oglesby and Adam Black of Gilbert City, AZ. She was preceded in death by her parents. . Pallbearers will be Levon Davis Jr., John Black, Steven Becker, Jessie Phillips, Chris Perfield, Jose Ryder and Paul Gottberg. The family requests to omit flowers and memorials may be directed to the family.
