WEDRON – Kevin John Higgins, age 36, of Wedron, passed away Monday, January 27, 2014.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 5 th at Gladfelter Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 6 th at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home, with Pastor Dick Ewing officiating. Burial will follow in DeBolt Cemetery, Wedron. Pallbearers will be Charles Fuller, David Cross Jr., Dylan Coney, John Eich, Andrew Higgins, and Matthew Viner.
Kevin was born January 2, 1978 in Ottawa, the son of Evelyn Learned. He married Barbara Fuller March 4, 2011 in Las Vegas, NV. He is survived by his wife, Barbara, of Wedron; his mother, Evelyn Learned of Ottawa; his children, Tia Coney, Charlie Fuller, Karen Armstrong, David Cross, Jr., and Dylan Coney, all of Ottawa; his brothers, James (Sheri) Higgins, Jerome Hauck, and Matthew Viner, all of Ottawa; and his grandchildren, Jordan, Charles Jr., Raidynn, Brendan Fuller and Connor Arozamena. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Allan Sr. and Nellie Higgins; his father in-law, Charles Fuller; his aunt, Patricia Eich; and his cousin, Tracy Cusick.
Kevin attended Victory Fellowship in Wedron. In his leisure time he enjoyed fixing cars and riding motorcycles. He loved his little chihuahua, “Chica”. Above all he cherished his time spent with family and friends. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
