Judy E. Breuer

OTTAWA – Judy E. Breuer, age 60, of Ottawa, passed away Thursday, May 31, 2018 at her home.

Private graveside services will be held Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at Oakwood Memorial Park with Pastor Kevin Donoho officiating.  There will be no visitation.  Gladfelter Funeral Home is assisting with the arrangements.

Judy was born September 18, 1957 in Ottawa, the daughter of Robert and Beverly (Cilla) Breuer.  Surviving are her sister, Cheryl (Jerry) Mettille of Ottawa; a brother, Scott (Kelly) Breuer, of Serena; her step-father, Earl Murphy of Ottawa; nieces and nephews, Christopher and Anthony Mettille, Michelle (Mettille) Duttlinger, Shannon (Mettille) Smith, Tanya (Hardersen) Pool, Jeremy Hardersen, Joshua Jonassen, Dawn (Mettille) Rick, and Jeremiah and Jeff Mettille; several great nieces and nephews; and a special family friend, Andrew Robert Patterson.  She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Cynthia Jonassen and Sandra Cummings; and a brother, Kent Cummings.

Judy graduated from Kishwaukee Community College with an Associates of Science degree.  She had been employed by MotorWheel Corporation in Mendota as well as Westclox.  In her leisure, Judy enjoyed science fiction, writing, drawing, and painting.
