Isabel "Jane" Rundle

OTTAWA - Isabel "Jane" Rundle, 62, of Ottawa passed away at 8:35 a.m. Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at her home. Memorial services will be held Saturday, June 5, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at Gladfelter Funeral Home with Monsignor Jerome Ham officiating. Jane was born October 26, 1947 in Henry County Kentucky, a daughter of Robert and Katherine (Raisor) Downey. She married Tom Bailey in December of 1970 in Indianapolis Indiana. She later married Richard Rundle on February 8, 1980 in Ottawa. She is survived by her husband, Rich, of Ottawa; her mother, Katherine Gordon of Smithfield, Kentucky; her children, Debora Bailey of Indianapolis, Indiana, Marcie Bailey of Ottawa, Kimberly Bailey of Lehigh Acres, Florida, and step-son, Rich (Angie) Rundle of Cedar Point, Illinois; two brothers, Robert Downey of Kentucky and Doug Downey of Tucson, Arizona; one sister, Juanita (David) Frakes of Smithfield, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Tyler Davis and Mercedez and Seth Bailey; and two step grandchildren, Coleman and Lauren Rundle. She was preceded in death by her father, one brother, Gary, and her step-father, Robert "Bob" Gordon. Jane was a fork lift driver at Libbey-Owens-Ford for 31 years, retiring in June of 2007. Her hobbies included gardening, painting, swimming, and collecting Longaberger baskets. She was an avid birdwatcher, her favorite being hummingbirds. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Audubon Society or to the Humane Society.
