Bruce E. Roland

PERU – Bruce E. Roland, 57, of Peru, passed away Friday, November 29, 2013, at his home.

A Memorial Service will be held 5:30 p.m., Friday, December 6, at Illinois Valley Evangelical Free Church, at 215 W. Washington in Ottawa, with Pastor John Paul Robbins officiating.

Bruce was born March 11, 1956 in Whittier, CA, a son of Robert and Lois (Miller) Roland.  He married Julie Cisneros in Ottawa, IL.  He is survived by his wife, Julie, of Ottawa; his son, Russell Roland of Ottawa; and two sisters, Lorraine McCorrt of Yorba Linda, CA and Linda Ruching of Lake Elsinor, CA. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, James H. Roland.
