Beverly Ann (Shapcott) Bain

ORLANDO, FL – Beverly Ann Bain, age 72, of Orlando, Florida, formerly of Ottawa, passed away Monday, January 28, 2013 in Orlando.
Private family services will be held at a later date. Gladfelter Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
Beverly was born March 10, 1940, at Ottawa, Illinois, a daughter of Walter and Lola Shapcott. She married Ralph Bain, Jr. in 1955. He preceded her in death in 1986. Surviving are her children, Ralph Timothy Bain III of Orlando, FL, Terry (Heather) Bain and Ted (Debra) Bain all of Ottawa and Tony (Cheryl) Bain of Dayton, IL. She also leaves grandchildren, Trisha, Todd, Scott, Brad, Cassie, Kristy, Katie, Kenny and Karl; and great-grandchildren, Carter, Olivia, Gabe, Kylin and Michael. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Rita Stayton and Irene Cox.
Beverly was employed as a cook in Ottawa for many years at the Brite Spot and Oasis Restaurants. She also cooked at the Englewood Bowl in Englewood, Florida for several years until retirement. She will be deeply missed by her loving family and many friends.
