Anna Mae Morrell

Anna Mae Morrell, 88, of Ottawa died Saturday, August 9, 2008 at Ottawa Pavilion. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Gladfelter Funeral Home with the Rev. Fr. David M. Kipfer officiating. Interment will be in Oakwood Memorial Park. Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Mrs. Morrell was born December 31, 1919, in Seneca, to John and Lida (Vickers) Trunkel. She married Richard H. Morrell on Feburary 21, 1938, in Ottawa. He preceded her in death June 7, 1978. She is survived by two sons, Richard J. Morrell of the Philippines and Arthur (Jacquelyn) Morrell of LaSalle; a daughter, Delores Weber of Ottawa; 10 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; one half-sister, Margaret (Tom) Thompson of Ottawa and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two sons, Mark and George Morrell; and two brothers, Rudy and John Trunkel; a half-sister Lida Snook and a half-brother, Russell Mohkvic. Memorials may be directed to the family.
